CHECK-IN TIME: after 2.00 p.m. Early check-in can be offered to our guests if free rooms are available.

CHECK-OUT TIME: before 12.00 p.m.

LATE CHECK-OUT can be offered to our guests if free rooms are available. The extra charge for the late check-out from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. makes up 50 % of the room cost. The extra charge for the late check-out after 6.00 p.m. makes up 100 % of the room cost.

PAYMENT: in UAH according to the THE ART-HOTEL price-list:
1. Payment by a Credit Card should be done according to the invoices issued by the hotel;
2. Payment by cash should be done upon arrival.

CANCELLATION RULES: Booking is to be cancelled until 1.00 p.m. one day before the arrival. If a guest did a late cancellation or hasn't arrived, the Hotel will charge 100 % of the room cost for 1 night.
